You get results quickly by working out just twice per week for 20 minutes each time. Our instructors will guide you through every step of your journey towards better health and a fitter body. During the EMS-training session you’ll have the opportunity to speak to our experienced personal trainers and work out a plan that works for you and your fitness goals. The feeling of EMS training is definitely different than what you have tried before! In short, it feels like all your body’s muscles are working at the same time and a single 1kg dumbbell feels like 10kg! Each EMS workout is tailored around your current fitness levels. The devices are extremely sensitive and the intensity levels can easily be adjusted to make sure you get a good and enjoyable workout. The best way to feel it is just by trying it out in a complimentary training session.
There’s no need to bring anything with you to a workout session. Everything is provided by us!
Almost everyone can do the TekFIT workout, however, there are a few exceptions for safety reasons.
EMS-training is not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with pacemakers and other heart conditions, and those under the age of 18.
You will start to feel the difference already after the first week and notice results in your body after about 3 weeks. The most important factor in reaching your goals is to ensure that you train regularly – we recommend maximum two sessions per week, with at least 48 hours between sessions, to achieve maximum results and to let your body recover.
We recommend 1 – 2 EMS-training session per week to get the best results from EMS training. EMS-training is high-intensity and letting your body recover at least 48 hours between sessions is important. If you practise other high-intensity sports, then once per week should be sufficient for you. Our coaches can help you to determine the best amount of trainings for your individual situation and goals

Comparison of HIT (High-Intensity Training) vs. WB-EMS (Whole-Body Electromyostimulation)
Forty-eight healthy untrained men, 30-50 years old, were randomly allocated to either HIT (2 sessions/week) or a WB-EMS group (3 sessions/2 weeks) that exercised for 16 weeks.
In summary, WB-EMS can be considered as a time-efficient option to HIT-resistance exercise for people aiming at the improvement of general strength and body composition.
