You can join TekFIT by booking your free trial workout session below. During the EMS-session you’ll have the opportunity to speak to our experienced personal trainers and work out a plan that works for you and your fitness goals. We look forward to welcoming you!

In short: no! The TekFIT workout is tailored around your current fitness levels. The devices are extremely sensitive and the intensity levels can easily be adjusted to make sure you get a good and enjoyable workout.

There’s no need to bring anything with you to a workout session. Everything is provided!

Almost everyone can do the TekFIT workout, however, there are a few exceptions for safety reasons.

EMS-exercise is not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with pacemakers and other heart conditions, and those under the age of 18.

You will start to feel the difference already after the second session and notice results in your body after about 6 sessions. The most important factor in reaching your goals is to ensure that you train regularly – we recommend two sessions per week, with 48 hours between sessions, to achieve maximum results and to let your body recover.

We recommend 1 – 2 EMS-training session per week to get the best results from our EMS personal training. EMS-training is high-intensity and letting your body recover at least 48 hours between sessions is important.
